Important Update | COVID-19 Alert Level 3

The health and safety of our customers, staff and of our wider Auckland community remains our top priority as we operate a full suite of services to commercial partners and to the general public through contactless service under Alert Level 3.

We want to let you know that we are taking all necessary precautionary measures, and following guidance and advice from the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) and the Ministry of Health.

Precautions we are taking to help reduce the spread of Covid-19:

  • It is mandatory for our glaziers to stay home if they are experiencing any illness or flu-like symptoms.
  • Our glaziers are washing and drying their hands with sanitizer thoroughly and often.
  • Very thorough cleaning and hygiene processes in place including daily sanitization practices for our staff operating on the road.
  • We are operating physical distancing, maintaining a 2 metre distance between people at all times.
  • Keeping up to date, and acting in accordance with the latest Government, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) guidance and recommendations for COVID-19, and
  • Taking reasonably practical steps to address the risk of our workers being exposed to the virus or spreading it to others.

What we ask of you during this time:

Please ensure that you maintain good personal hygiene practices when our team needs to complete work in your home or at your site. This includes appropriate hand washing, use of hand sanitiser available and tissues (where necessary). Our operators taking inbound calls will be asking a list of questions to ensure our team and your office and/or family is kept safe.

While our team member/s are on site, if you start to feel unwell or develop symptoms (coughing, sneezing, fever etc) then please let our team know immediately. We may have to leave the site.

If you are experiencing any COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms, have returned from overseas in the last 14 days, or have been in close contact with someone who has been overseas, or you are in quarantine (as opposed to self-isolating), we ask that you speak to our operators by phone only and our team can work with you in finding a solution to complete the work.
